“I used Mark to represent us for buying a Condo in Bellingham that we had found through Zillow. I contacted the local Windereme office to request a viewing of the condo, and they put me in touch with Mark. We were living out of town, and he was able to accommodate our schedules to travel for viewings. It was apparent he knows Bellingham very well, as we toured the area near the Condo; noting good restaurants/shops, the area history, etc., We worked up an offer and since we were living elsewhere, he was able to handle many details remotely.
